Our official bylaws are on file at the Mecklenburg County Register of Deeds office at 720 East Fourth St., Charlotte, NC, in Room 102. The original Pages Pond Covenants and Bylaws, filed December 7, 1987 can be found in Real Estate Book 5656, pages 469 to 495. One would need to research where amendments are located. Property maps are also available at this location.
