Our official covenants are on file at the Mecklenburg County Register of Deeds office at 720 East Fourth St., Charlotte, NC, in Room 102. The original Pages Pond Covenants, filed December 7, 1987 can be found in Real Estate Book 5656, pages 469 to 495. Key amendments filed August 16, 1993 will be found in Real Estate Book 7416 Pages 309 to 310. Property maps are also available at this location
