Dues are on a calendar year basis. They are to be paid in there entirety, to the Treasurer by March 31st of each year. Dues become delinquent 30 days after the due date, and are subject to interest penalties of 1% per month effective 60 days after the due date. For further information, refer to Article XI of the Bylaws.

Note: Prior to 2016, PPHA Dues had not gone up in five years, and although our Association had built up some reserves, they were not adequate for the restoration projects planned in 2016 and beyond. The 2016 Board presented the needed restoration projects and set the dues necessary to fund these projects. Subsequent Boards have continued to fund and build reserves for current and future projects.
